Required documents:
- Copy of billing cost transfer.
- Deadline date for the implementation of the second phase of electronic invoicing.
- Commercial registration copy.
- Tax certificate copy.
- National address.
- OTP code from the company’s account on the Zakat, Tax, and Customs Authority platform.
Instructions and recommendations:
- Follow the updates issued by the Zakat, Tax, and Customs Authority and adhere to their instructions, as they are the sole authority responsible for billing and tax procedures. If you are confused or have any inquiries, contact them immediately.
- If the client is a company, it will be required to enter all client details such as the tax number and national address.
- After completing the integration with the authority, be cautious when approving invoices, as it will not be possible to modify or cancel any sales invoice. The only solution is to return the invoice.
- Be cautious when issuing invoices and assign this task to experienced employees to avoid any mistakes as much as possible.
- You can display the invoice to the client while it is in draft status, verify its accuracy, and then approve it.
- If an employee leaves the job and has access to the program, contact us immediately via the WhatsApp support group to change their password.
- It is strictly prohibited to use any symbols in the client’s or supplier’s name, such as (& – @ – # – $).
- Sales invoices cannot be returned except by pressing the ‘Return’ button on the original sales invoice. It is not possible to return any sold products by creating a return invoice directly without referencing the original sales invoice.
- It is required to send the invoices to the Zakat Authority within 24 hours of invoice approval.
