Terms and Conditions
All our partners must comply with the following set of terms, which serve as a binding agreement between “OdoShare” Company and the partner:
- The partner receives 50% of the contract value, which includes the subscription fees for the package, setup fees, and training fees, provided that the total value does not exceed 1000 SAR.
- All partners must comply with the laws and regulations imposed by the competent authorities within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Since the partner is a legal entity, they must provide the tax record, tax certificate, and bank account number.
- All commissions are calculated at the end of each month and are then transferred monthly.
- Direct interaction with the client is required; therefore, the partner must provide all the necessary client data.
- The partnership or commission amount cannot be transferred to another company.
- The partner may not receive any additional amounts for the services provided beyond the fees set by the company, and any violation of this will be considered a breach of the contract terms.
- The partner must adhere to the technical specifications of the program according to the technical proposal provided by “OdoShare” Company.
- All the above terms are binding on the partner, and in the event of any breach of these terms, the company has the right to take all necessary legal actions to protect its rights.
Work Mechanism
- A WhatsApp group is created for each partner, which must include all employees authorized to sell within the organization.
- The work process begins when the employee sends the client’s phone number along with a voice message outlining the client’s initial and brief needs.
- The “OdoShare” team contacts the client and creates a support group on WhatsApp, which includes the support team, the client’s number, and the employee’s number authorized by the partner.
- All financial and technical transactions related to the client are sent through this group.
- After completing the sale between the partner and the client and receiving the program’s payment from the partner, the partner must pay 50% of the value to “OdoShare.”
- After the payment is completed, the “OdoShare” team creates the client’s database and provides the necessary support.
- The work team sends a welcome message to the client, which includes the total amount paid. The partner must adhere to receiving payments according to “OdoShare’s” policy.
Projects
- The partner receives 20% of the project value, to be paid once upon completion and delivery of the project.
